1. Video VIEWING troubles

If you experience troubles viewing videos, please check if you have DivX codec installed.

Also, you can try downloading and installing the ffdshow codec which should play all videos OK. During the ffdshow installation check the XVID, DIVX3, DIVX4, DIVX5, MS MPEG4 v1, MS MPEG4 v2, MS MPEG4 v3 codecs in the "supported codecs" list.


Additionally, if you experience troubles with videos we recommend you to try the freeware Media Player Classic utility, which you can download from official site or our site

2. Video DOWNLOADING troubles

If you experience troubles downloading videos, please try to use your favourite download manager. If you do not have one, you can download the freeware ReGet download manager from our site.

Here is the tutorial how to download the videos using it:

Download and run the file, choose Download -> New File.



Enter the link to video file to the URL field. You can copy/paste it from your browser. Fill the Username and Password fields with your username/password from our site. Choose the folded where you want videos to be downloaded.



Press OK. ReGet utility will now download the video.



If you are using Mac OS you can try the freeware Lemon download manager. If you are using any other operating system you probably know the download managers for your OS :-)
